The policy changes noted below may affect you.  As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), Illinois will receive $6 million to improve the quality of child care and $3.5 million to improve the quality of infant and toddler care. As a result of the Recovery Act funding, there will be some temporary changes made to policies regarding child care in Illinois.  We want to let all parents know how that affects them.
